A large oval silver disc is engraved "Confience" ("Trust). Acaia branches appear underneath. To the masons, these are a symbol of the immortality of the soul. On the other side of the disc we see crossed pointed wands. Such a great artifact from the Continental branch of the Masons (I think!) A French hallmark appears on the medallion.
