The black tassie says "NOT GUILY ON MY HONOR" and the seal is shaped like a bottle (of alcohol). aka IT WASN'T ME! Pinchbeck type gilt yellow metal & black glass, c. 1820-40. Some normal abrasions and denting. Would have been used to impress a hot wax seal onto an envelope. 7/8".
