Cabinet of Curiosities vibes. During the Victorian era and into the 20th century, travelers / hunters visiting eastern and southern Africa collected the small horns of the dik-dik as mementos of their journeys and had them capped in gold or silver as pendants or charms. This is a bent horn, made from some sort of celluloid or other early plastic. It's hollow and the endcap screws off to store needles. A woman's object. Just over 2.5" long. Found in London.
