A double-drop toothy pendant that was originally on top of a stickpin. The top double-pointed fangs are 1 1/4" wide and are mounted in 14k gold. The lower single tooth is mounted in 10k gold (weird - a Frankensteined piece, maybe?) About 3/4" tall in total, and I imagine it's part of the hunting trophy jewelry popular in the late 19th century.
