A Georgian wax seal fob modeled in gold and set with an amethyst intaglio with the words "God bless you." Fobs such as this one were designed to be impressed onto a dollop of hot wax to form a decorative seal on correspondence. Often the seal used would indicate the sentiment of the letter within, the sentiment of this fob is obvious, wishes of health, safety and good fortune.
