Made around 1820, this heart-shaped hunk of carnelian is surrounded with a decorative gold that turns it into a vessel. The top actually hinges open, but the stone isn't hollow so it can't hold liquid scent. Instead, tuck a piece of perfumed cotton (or a note! or whatever you like) into the small space in the neck.
