I GASPED when I found this luscious red jasper necklace. It's cold and heavy when you drape it around your neck, and the rust/blood/fall leaves color is (to me) more captivating than a precious gemstone's. The Georgians appreciated the organic decorations within jasper, too. This necklace makes the most of the stones by using only the most minimal findings. Every part was fashioned in 1820. What a necklace.
