An exquisitely simple, finely made late Georgian locket with a heavy gold frame and domed oval rock crystal. The reverse side holds a locket with a hand-painted portrait of a gentleman in a George Washington-esque wig. The lens at the back is easily removed to swap out the portrait or the swatch of purple fabric.
