The monogram HBD is engraved on this silky matte gold locket. 125 years ago, it celebrated someone with those initials. Today, all I see it "Happy Birthday". Every letter is decorated with a different pattern (but WHY did the engraver forget to fill in the bottom right tip of the "H"?)
