I'm dating this to about 1920 (from the clasp), but it's hard to say. The helmet gives me WW1 and WW2 vibes, but I can't find a date on any of the modified pennies. They're all "Lncoln Wheat Cents" which were made 1909 through 1958. 6 3/4" chain, 5 molded charms: helmet, mug, bell, heart, and teakettle. Find another, I dare you!
