15k gold (tested) c. 1850. Fantastic grape-soda colored rubies, which I'm pretty sure were mined in Sri Lanka. 1850, during the height of British colonial rule, Sri Lankan (then Ceylon) rubies were renowned for their pinkish hues. Burmese rubies were in higher demand, but Ceylonese stones were known as higher quality. There is some (expected) abrasion to stones, some foil deterioration. The middle stone is sunken on one end but appears secure. I see a possible old resizing to shank. Size 5, resizable. SO PRETTY!
