Just under 4" long and 1 1/2" wide. Luxurious feel, but delicate. Looks to be steel, as in CUT STEEL. Small copper decorative "rivets". Ultra-sharp; I bet these were for embroidery. Completely handmade; engraving and forging marks are visible under magnification. Some rust/corrosion but nothing crazy. WONDERFUL. c. 1850, maybe?
