This ring looks like it's WATCHING YOU. A huge banded agate cabochon is framed by a huge gold set of concentric circles with the applied twists and granules that were driving archaeology-obsessed Victorians crazy.
MATERIALS: 10k gold (tests), 14.5mm x 11mm bullseye agate cabochon
AGE: c. 1860
CONDITION: Very good - the granules around the outer edge are hollow and a few have opened at the top; possibly re-shanked or converted into a ring at some point
SIZE: 10.5, can be resized; 7/8" x 5/8" head, 3/8" rise off the finger
