A specimen! Tiny prehistoric insects - mosquitos? - are trapped forever in golden amber. The jeweler saw the beauty in this frozen moment in time and cut the slab into a modernist triangle. The ring's band is marked "333" which is a rare one for us - it means 8k gold. This standard exists only in Germany and a few Balkan states, and that tracks: Germany and the Balkans are the world's most famous source of all this Jurassic park amber.
